Dear KTG Patron,
First, let us share with you our prayer that you and those you love are well, both physically and mentally, and learning to cope with this difficult situation.
Because it appears we will be unable to use the Reim theatre in April and May, our Board has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2 nd half of our 2019-2020 season – the shows “On Golden Pond” and “Shrek: The Musical.” We recognize that this is a painful decision for many – you looking forward to seeing these shows, as well as we looking forward to sharing them with you – and we assure you we will be seeking a way to perform them for you as soon as possible, perhaps at the new Kirkwood Performing Arts Center (KPAC). In the meantime, we want to refund half of your season ticket cost, $32.50 per seat. We can handle this refund in one of three ways:
- Write you a check for the refund. We are happy to do this.
- Apply your refund to the cost of next year’s season tickets. We do not yet know which shows we will be offering next year or the cost of season tickets, but this would be one way to support the future of KTG.
- Treat the refund as a donation. We will send you a letter confirming your tax-deductible donation. This is another way to express your confidence in our future.
- Please let us know your choice before April 15. You can tell us how to handle your refund by:
Mailing the form at the bottom of this page to:
KTG Box Office
PO Box 220554
Saint Louis, MO 63122
Calling the box office at 314-821-9956, ext 1, and leaving a message with your name and preferred address
Whatever your choice, please know that we appreciate your support of Kirkwood Theatre Guild, both past and future. In uncertain times, this organization, which has survived since 1931 can be a small but important bit of stability.
See you at the theatre – soon!

Dear friend of Kirkwood Theatre Guild,
You will not be surprised to hear that, as of now, we must postpone all performances of On Golden Pond, as St Louis County has limited “meetings” to those of 250 or less.
No, we do not yet know what that later date will be. Like you, we are simply taking it day by day and learning what we can do to limit the spread of the Covid-19 infection. But we have a cast and crew who have worked for months to give you this excellent theatre experience, so we will make every effort to find a future date when we can again invite you to the theatre!
When we can reschedule performances, that announcement will be shared by email with those holding tickets, as well as on our website and Facebook page.
In the meantime, please stay safe – and wash your hands!
Cherol Thibaut Kirkwood Theatre Guild President
