No appointment necessary. Auditions will consist of readings from the script.

Rehearsals will be every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7-10 pm at the Kirkwood Community Center. Tech week begins Sunday, October 26, 2008.

Be prepared to list all conflicts at the audition. Please do not audition if you are unable to attend all performances and tech week rehearsals.

Synopsis:
When harassed advertising executive Timothy Westerby hits his head on the morning of his daughter's society wedding, he awakes to find himself in the company of Polly Perkins, a 1920's Flapper girl straight out of his current advertising campaign. This fiendishly clever farce pulls out all the stops as friends and family attempt to lead Timothy back to reality and his daughter down the aisle.

Roles Available:

Ursula Westerby: Mother of the Bride - Female 40's, attractive

Judy Westerby: The Bride - Female 20's, not particularly glamourous

Dr. Gerald Drimmond: Grandpa - Male late 60's, displays signs of perfect bedside manner but somewhat vague and a little deaf whenever anyone can remember to speak up when they talk to him.

Timothy Westerby: Father of the Bride - Male 40's, pleasant looking but slightly neurotic.

Bill Shorter: Tim's Business Parter - Male 40's, handsome and rakish.

Daphne Drimmond: Grandma - Female 60's, forceful and very much iin command of all her facilities.

Polly Perkins: 1920's Flapper Girl only visible to Tim - Female 20's, short hair, completely extroverted, very kooky and a madly attractive dancer.

Charles Babcock: Father in-law - Male 50's, large bronzed man, speaks with a strong Australian accent.
